John Kincaid, Robert B. & Helen S. Meyner Professor of Government and Public Service, was the recipient of two honors last year. In July, Kincaid received the first ever Distinguished Scholar Award given by the Research Committee on Comparative Federalism and Multilevel Governance of the International Political Science Association. In August, the Section on Federalism and Intergovernmental Relations of the American Political Science Association named an award after him, called the John Kincaid Award for Best Article, to be awarded annually to an article published in Publius: The Journal of Federalism.
